All personal info, address, email, credit card and banking details must be filled out correctly to ensure we can send your purchase correctly.
Availability
Teachers' Treasures products are print on demand. This allow us to keep our costs low and pass on those savings to you.
Placing an order and making purchases
Orders will not be processed until payment in full has been received and verified.
When we receive your order we’ll send you a confirmation email of your purchase. This will contain an invoice number of the item and final cost less shipping.
Teachers' Treasures collects customer info so that we can process your orders as efficiently as possible. We respect your privacy and assure you that we will use this information responsibly. All your info is kept confidential and we will never sell or share your info.
Returns
Teachers' Treasures has a NO RETURN policy. Our books are shipped via FedEx. If you receive an order that is damaged upon receipt, contact FedEx and file a claim. They will contact us and ask us to replace the books. Once FedEx has contacted us, we will ship the replacement books

Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on the Teachers' Treasures site are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always try to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the web site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.
All orders will be processed within two days and shipped within ten day maximum.

We will use your information in the strictest confidence and will not give your info to any 3rd party companies. The info you provide will help us create an easy online store experience for you. We will keep your info private and we do not for any reason retain credit card information.
Joining the Teachers' Treasures email list is optional, however it is recommended, as it will benefit you in your shopping experience with us. Once again we keep this information private and secure.
If you have signed up to our mailing list and no longer wish to part of the Teachers' Treasures email list simply email us with unsubscribe in the subject area, and we will remove you from the list. We adhere to the requirements of the CAN-SPAM Act.
